Shipping policy

Processing time
We roast to order. Orders are roasted, packed and shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and destinations
Shipping costs depend on your destination and order value. The exact shipping cost, along with any free shipping offers currently available, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship to Portugal (including Madeira and the Azores), mainland Spain and all EU countries. In mainland Portugal, express next-day delivery is also available. You can also collect your order for free at our coffee bar: Rua Doutor Almeida Amaral 15A, 1150-137 Lisboa.

Estimated delivery times (after shipping)
- Portugal (mainland): 2 business days, or next business day with express delivery
- Madeira and the Azores: 5–9 business days
- Spain and other EU countries: 3–7 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carriers or peak periods.

Taxes
All prices include VAT. We only ship within the European Union, so there are no import duties or customs fees.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at cautionhot.coffeeroasters@gmail.com and we will help resolve it. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
